Schedule, prices & features are seasonal, time permitting and subject to change without notice. Hawaiian Inter Island Tours is not be liable for delays, injury, damage, loss or theft to person(s) or property.
Early morning tours are not recommended for the day after arrival in Hawaii due to possible travel delays en route to Hawaii.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy / Terms : Due to airline tickets restrictions, this reservation non-refundable. Airlines do not allow name or date changes once a ticket is issued. If for any reason you are unable to take this tour, you will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. If you are denied boarding an aircraft due to incorrect information you provided to us, we will be unable to refund any portion of the tour cost.
TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Adult passengers (18 and over) are required to show a valid U.S. federal or state-issued photo ID in order to be allowed to go through the checkpoint and onto their flight. The ID must match exactly the name on the airline ticket. All non-US citizens are required to show a valid passport. The TSA further requires us to collect your full name, date of birth and gender before making your reservations. Failure to provide correct information may result in denied boarding of you flight. If you are unable to board a flight because of incorrect information given us, we will be unable to refund any portion of the tour.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The viewing of active lava is not guaranteed. Volcanic fumes (VOG) can be hazardous to your health. Persons with breathing and heart difficulties, pregnant women, infants, and young children are especially at risk and should consult a health care professional before booking a volcano tour. Sturdy, covered walking shoes are recommended.
Hawaiian Inter Island Tours is not responsible for and will not extend financial reimbursement for delays, traffic, wildlife, volcanic activity, inclement weather, mechanical problems, and/or shutdown of Navy boats at Pearl Harbor. No bags or purses permitted at Pearl Harbor. Storage is available for $3.00 prior to entry. Hawaiian Inter Island Tours is not responsible for long lines and delays, which occur frequently at the National Park and other sites. There have been occasions where the Arizona Memorial runs out of tickets. In such cases, guests on land only tours are given the option to reschedule; guests on air tours may reschedule, but will be charged the cost of airfare.
The US Navy controls access to Ford Island to visit the USS Missouri Battleship and the Pacific Aviation Museum. The Navy may, at their discretion, deny access or require visitors to provide US government identification or foreign passports. We advise you to bring such identification with you while touring with us.
